PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit the rotary drive of a main turn table to an auxiliary turn table through the only gears by arranging plural gears to be rotated through a driving gear, and providing a turn table on the driving gear or the gears. SOLUTION: A driving gear 22 and two gears 31 having the same radius are arranged under a bottom surface 12 of a heating chamber, and a driving motor is provided under the driving gear 22. A shaft is provided in each center of these three gears. The bottom surface 12 of the heating chamber is opened at a position of the shaft, and each shaft is projected upward from the bottom surface 12 of the heating chamber. A roller stay 41 for supporting a large turn table 51 is engaged with the shaft so as to receive the movement of the driving gear 22. The large turn table 51 is turned when it is placed on the roller stay 41. With this structure that a driving motor, the driving gear 22, the gears 31 and the shafts are arranged under the bottom surface 12 of the heating chamber, the roller stay 41 or the like for supporting rotation of the large turn table 51 can be placed on the bottom surface of the heating chamber.
