PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously realize prevention of wire breakage and reduction of the resistance of wiring by reducing stress to the wiring consisting of a conductive material and formed on a support part, when there is a groove in the support part and the groove is filled with the conductive material in an actuator, which consists of a movable plate and the support part to pivotally support the movable plate at a fixing part and the movable plate can be rocked, and in which the supporting part consists of an elastic material. SOLUTION: This actuator is constituted of a movable plate 3, pivotally supported to rock by coil torsion springs 2a and 2b within a frame 1. The groove is formed on the movable plate 3 and the coil torsion springs 2a and 2b, and the groove is filled with a metal, and a drive coil 5 and spring lines 9a and 9b or the like are formed, and the spring line that is the wiring of a torsion spring part is formed in the inside and peeling and the breakage of the wiring of the torsion spring part are prevented, as compared to the case that it is formed on a base plate surface.
