PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a pulse train without performing the switching by providing a stage for combining plural higher harmonics amplitude through Fourier series so as to form the high frequency train of the high-voltage pulse into a desirable shape and for generating this pulse train, and a stage for applying the generated high-frequency pulse train for an accelerating structure. SOLUTION: The number of frequencies to be required for expressing the pulse shape of the continuous time(t) with a repetition rate T through Fourier series depends on (t)/T. As a method of generating these frequency at a low intensity, two kinds of devices including a mixer and a frequency multiplier (divide) are used. Each component is mixed through automatic transformers AT. A first and a second automatic transformers synchronize with the frequency of a transmitter for driving a load L. The component is filtered before addition to the load so as to desirably secure the amplification of the pure sine wave. The load L is desirably an undulator/wiggler, and improves the performance.
