PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely separate the inside of a device main body from the outside during an operation, and to simplify designing and manufacturing in the reproducing device of a recording medium, where an opening part is formed in the device main body, and a tray for loading the recording medium is protruded/ housed through it. SOLUTION: Between a lid body 4 for closing an opening part 7, and the opening part 7, a locking means 5 is provided to keep the closed state when the opening part 7 is closed by the lid body 4, and releases the closed state of the opening part 7 by the lid body 4 when a loading tray 6 is protruded to the device main body 2. The locking means 5 keeps the closed state of the opening part 7 by the lid body 4 to surely shut off the inside of the device main body 2 from the outside while the loading tray 6 is housed inside the device main body 2, and the closing of the lid body 4 is not dependent on the housing stop position of the loading tray 6.
