PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacturing of work and reduction in the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: One series of heat exchanging medium passage is constituted of meandering pipes 10 laminated in three layers, and a plurality of heat radiating fins 20 attached to the passages. In this heat exchanger, each heat radiating fin 20 is provided with an outer layer pipe-mounting part and an inner layer pipe-mounting part at both side rims, while three layered neighboring meandering pipes 10 are connected mutually through respective pipe-mounting parts of the fins 20, by a method where the meandering pipe 10 in the central layer and the meandering pipes 10 at both of outside layers are connected via the pipe-mounting parts of respective fins.
