PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly bake cooking food in an inside by providing a vertical fan for stably blowing hot air in the entire inside. SOLUTION: A convection oven 11 comprises a vertical fan 13, a heat source 14, a cooking food accommodating chamber 15, and the like provided an inside 12. A partition wall 17 having a hot air suction port 16 is disposed in front of the vertical fan 13. Cooking food 19 is located on upper and lower shelves 18 which are suspended inside the chamber 15. The end portions of vanes of the vertical fan 13 are formed in a shape Y. The angles of forming the individual Y-shaped vane are arbitrarily determined so that the Y-shaped vanes are rendered to have a little curvature. Thus the cooking food in the inside 12 is uniformly baked.
