PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve having excellent earthquake resistance and capable of preventing the generation of looseness in a joint part. SOLUTION: In this valve, a valve casing 11 is formed into the two-piece structure having a first split body 16 and a second split body 17. A joint part of the first split part 16 and the second split part 17 is formed into the fitting structure that the first and the second split bodies 16, 17 can be positioned in the axial direction. The first and the second split bodies 16, 17 are fixed to each other by welding at the joint part.
