PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause stable operation of a one-way clutch having a pulley unit without being influenced by a temperature change. SOLUTION: A one-way clutch 3 and a slide bearing 4 are disposed in an opposite annular space between two inner and outer annular bodies 1 and 2 being concentrically disposed. Regarding the slide bearing 4, by forming the slide bearing by using a material having the same as or similar linear expansion factor to those of the inner and outer annular bodies 1 and 2, fit-in interference between the two annular bodies 1 and 2 and the slide bearing 4 and a slide contact gap is kept at the same value as that during assembly. This constitution stably burdens a radial load exerted between the two annular bodies 1 and 2 by the slide bearings 4 and 4 and relieves a load burdened by the one-way clutch 3.
