PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hoisting accessory capable of positively hoisting a material through its hoisting hole and installing it as preset without giving damage thereto. SOLUTION: A sheathed hoisting accessory body B provided with a hooking metal 4 at the upper end and adapted to be inserted into a hoisting hole H in a floor panel P, an operating rod R to be inserted into a hole 1 in the hoisting accessory body B in an up-and-down movable manner and supported at the upper end of the hoisting accessory body B at the position of the moved-down end and a rotationally movable hook E connected to the lower end of the operating rod R in a rotationally movable manner. Opposed portions at the lower end of the hoisting accessory body B are provided with first and second rotationally movable hook storage/delivery holes 6, 7 in the axial direction to enable storage/delivery of the rotationally movable hook E in/out of the hoisting accessory body B. One rotationally movable hook storage/delivery hole 6 has upper and lower end faces which contact the rotationally movable hook E to form rotational movement operating faces 6a, 6b for rotational movement. With the up-and-down movement of the operating rod R with respect to the hoisting accessory body B, the rotationally movable hook E is rotationally moved in positive and reverse directions to permit the rotationally movable hook E to engage the peripheral edge at the lower end of the hoisting hole H of the floor panel P.
