PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for parts capable of firmly integrating a boss of parts with a resin clip. SOLUTION: A fixed wall 3 is formed on the surface of a boss 2, a fixing wall 11 is formed on a resin clip 10 and a protrusion 17 harder than the fixed wall 3 is formed on one side face of the fixing wall 11 so that the protrusion 17 may be put in press contact with and bitten into the side face of the fixed wall 3. With the protrusion 17 formed on the fixing wall 11 of the resin clip 10 and bitten into the fixed wall 3 on the side of the boss 2, the resin clip 10 and the boss 2 can be firmly integrated to ensure stable mounting of parts 1 on the side of a mounted member P under the resin clip 10 in a manner similar to that of a metal clip.
