PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deviation of rack pitch of a connecting part by fixing a connection fitting with teeth formed at least one each of the same shape at two rack end parts and freely attachably/detachably engaging/fixing the connection rack having at least three teeth by striding over the connection fitting. SOLUTION: In a connection fitting 8, a crest 7 of a tooth having the same shape as that of a rack R is formed and the tooth is fixed toward the outside in the same phase as that of the rack R on an outside surface on a side where the rack R at an end part of a long-sized material 4 is not fixed. In a connection rack (r), three crests 7 of teeth having the same shapes as that of the rack R are formed and a mounting plate 10 is fixed on a rear face of the connection rack (r). Two monorails with racks are butted and arranged, mutual space of the crests 7 of opposed connection fitting 8 is matched with pitch of the rack R, a stud bolt 9 of the rack R is inserted/passed into/through a bolt inserting/passing hole of the mounting plate 10, the crests 7 of the rack (r) are engaged with troughs 6 of the connection fitting 8 and are fastened with nuts 12, and both of the rack R are connected. Therefore, a normal rack shape can be held for a long period.
