PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information managing system or the like capable of smoothly performing job succession in a former pertaining organization and a job in a new belonging organization in the case of changing the pertaining organization. SOLUTION: Concerning the information managing system capable of managing various authorities related to information processing, this system is provided with an authority information storage part 1 for registering the correspondence of each of organization identification information, the personal identification information of every individual pertaining to each organization and various kinds of authority information related to information processing. Until performing a prescribed procedure in the case of changing the pertaining organization of an individual registered in the authority information storage part 1, the personal identification information of the said individual is registered corresponding to the organization identification information of both the new and former organizations and when the personal identification information showing the individual to execute information processing is instructed in the case of executing various kinds of information processing, an application processing part 4 acquires the authority information corresponding to the personal identification information from the authority information storage part 1 and executes information processing according to the sum of authorities shown by each of acquired authority information. |
