PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect plural procedures to make one application in the case that these procedures are required for one application case. SOLUTION: An application procedure processing system for application procedures to present document data obtained by making an application document electronic and electronic stamp data obtained by making application expenses electronic is provided with an application acceptance means 80 and one or plural business processing means 90. The means 80 accepts an application procedure and checks electronic stamp data to confirm its validity; and if one or plural business processings are included in document data, the means 80 requests each business processing, and outputs an application procedure completion report when receiving all business completion reports corresponding to processing requests. The business processing means 90 performs requested business processing in response to the processing request of business processing from the application acceptance means and returns the business completion report to the application acceptance means at the time of the completion of business.
