PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce sounds of a flowing refrigerant by providing a throttling part comprising a porous permeable material which is formed in a circumferentially rotating movable part and which is made permeable in the flowing direction of the refrigerant by the rotation of movable part. SOLUTION: The whole of a main valve body 10 of a second flow control device is formed from a porous permeable material made of a sintered metal wherein an average diameter of air holes is 40μm. A groove 13 provided in the main valve body 10 has a cross-sectional area larger than that of a pipe 8 connected to a second flow valve and a first indoor exchanger, and a pipe connected to a second indoor exchanger. By driving a stepping motor, these pipes are connected through a porous body 12 of the valve body 10. In a cooling operation, the groove 13 of the body 10 is fixed at locations where the pipe 8 is connected to the second fluid control device and the first indoor exchanger, and a pipe is connected to the second indoor exchanger, so that a low pressure two-phase refrigerant passes through the second flow control device. Thus, sounds of refrigerant flow generated when the gas-liquid two phase refrigerant passes can be greatly reduced.
