PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage current control circuit capable of controlling a leakage current amount corresponding to an operation frequency. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with first and second switch elements for limiting a leak current composed by being inserted in parallel with a power source path between a power source and a logic circuit 101. The first switch element PMA is on/off controlled by control signals and the second switch element PMB is on/off controlled by input signals inputted to the logic circuit. Switching control is performed so as to turn off the first switch element PMA and limit the leak current at the time of a standby operation or at low-speed operation mode and to turn OFF the first switch element PMA at the high-speed operation mode.
