PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-axial actuator, which makes nearly uniform the spring constants of elastic support members, by eliminating variance of curvature and length, when the elastic support members are built in the two-axial actuator and also facilitates soldering connections of the elastic support members, and its assembling method. SOLUTION: This actuator is equipped with a lens holder 112, where an objective 111 is fixed and suspension wires 113 and 113, which support both the tracking(T)-directional sides of the lens holder 112 on a fixed member 115, so that the lens holder 112 can move in a focusing(F) direction and the tracking(T) direction, and one-end parts of the suspension wires 113 are fixed to the support parts 112a and 112a on both the sides of the lens holder 112 with ultraviolet-ray setting resin 140 and soldering parts 130a and 130b are provided at the tip part sides of the suspension wires 113 and 113 projecting from the support parts 112a and 112a.
