PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a processing device for money which makes the mechanism and electric system simple and more compact to reduce faults and malfunction and can lower the product cost and save the energy. SOLUTION: A bill insertion slot and a coin insertion slot are formed in the front of a casing and a paper money discriminating machine and a paper money stacker which are linked with the paper money insertion slot are provided in the casing. A coin mechanism which functions to sort, store, and discharge coins is linked with the coin insertion slot and further linked with a change dish, and the paper money discriminating mechanism and coin mechanism are electrically united by connecting the respective functions to a single CPU.
