PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a processing procedure by substituting complexity with a keyword group made into value order by making an inputted keyword into value information sequence and performing alignment with the frequency of an input keyword group in this value ordering processing. SOLUTION: The inputted keyword is processed into value order and in this value ordering processing, the alignment is performed with the frequency of the input keyword group. In this case, the keyword group processed into value order for each condition is replaced with the element of an ordered set and stored as a rank. The keyword group made into value order is replaced with the element of a row vector of a certain rank. Concerning all the sets on this condition, a Cartesian product is arithmetically operated and stored and all the elements are ranked. Mutually between the respective components of all the elements, the product is arithmetically processed. Then, the product of the same component is arithmetically processed as the power of the same number as a component sum and the equal order is applied. This processing is defined as keyword group value ordering processing in the condition group. Further, the component product arithmetically processing the power is aligned for each power and the bottom is extracted and ranked.
