PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict and previously store data requested from a terminal in an information kiosk for receiving the supply of data from a distribution center and supplying these data to the terminal. SOLUTION: This device is composed of a first information processor 2, a second information processor 3 and a third information processor 4 and data D10 received from the information processor 2 are supplied to the information processor 4. In this case, the processor 3 is provided with a program information receiving means 301 for acquiring broadcasting program information viewable in that area, a data selecting means 302 for extracting identification data, with which the data D10 predicted to be related to this program information, from this information and specifying the data D10 specified by that identifier or identification data and a data caching means 303 for receiving the data D10 specified by the data selecting means 302 from the information processor 2 and storing them inside the information processor 3.
