PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mixed liquid with small coefficient of thermal expansion, good wettability to glass, and large coefficient of thermal conductivity by including N-methylformamide and a solvent in a solution. SOLUTION: A solution and a bubble are enclosed in a glass vessel, the moving quantity of the bubble is detected to measure inclination, and in the solution, N-methylformamide and a solvent are in cluded. The solvent uses one of nitrogen compound such as acetonitrile, alcohols such as methanol or ethanol, phenols, ethers, and the like as a dilution agent, and the mixing ratio of N-methylformamide and the solvent is set to be about 3:7. Coefficient of thermal expansion of N-methylformamide is under about 1/100 of hydrocarbon- based liquid such as methanol, ethanol, or n-hexane, having large coefficient of thermal conductivity and good wettability to glass. By mixing the dilution agent, viscosity of N-methylformamide is lowered. At mixing ratio of 3:7, bubble length change due to temperature is extremely small, and the bubble is facilitated to move.
