PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient cooling of the drink by a method where a flow cooling water is generated surely at the periphery of a drink tank. SOLUTION: An evaporation pipe 14 is situated in a storage space 12a, partitioned by the inner surface of a water tank 12 and the outer surface of a drink tank 10, in a surrounding and winding state with a given gap provided between the drink tank 10 and the evaporation pipe. An immersion part, immersed in cooling water 2 in a first discharge pipe 34 and second discharge pipe of which a circulation route 30 consists, is situated such that a first front discharge part 35 and a second rear discharge part through which cooling water 2 from a circulation pump 26 flows downward are extended in the vertical direction along the outer periphery of the drink tank 10. A plurality of discharge holes vertically separated away from each other are respectively formed in four discharge parts 35 and 36, and the direction of each discharge hole is set in a direction, in which the flow in the same direction of water is generated around the drink tank 10.
