PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain temperature drop of hot water in a bathtub by providing a bath system comprising a hot-water supply heat exchanger for heating water in a hot-water supply channel and hot-water outlet opening/closing means for opening/ closing an outlet to the bathtub so as to close the same when the hot-water supply heat exchanger stops heating. SOLUTION: When hot water is supplied to a bathtub 2, at first a hot-water supply outlet opening/closing means 11 opens a bathtub outlet 10. Then a hot-water supply valve 9 is opened and water stored in a bathtub is discharged through the bathtub outlet 10 before a water supply valve 6 is opened so as to introduce water to a hot-water channel 5 through a water supply opening 4 and heat it by the hot-water supply heat exchanger 8 of a heat exchanger 7. The heated water is supplied to a bathtub 2 through the bathtub outlet 10 via the hot-water valve 9. After supply of hot water has been completed, heating by the hot-water heat exchanger 8 is stopped, and the valves 6 and 9 are closed. Then the hot-water supply outlet opening/closing means 11 closes the bathtub outlet 10. As a result, hot water in the hot-water supply channel 5 exposed to outside air is prevented from flowing into the bathtub 2 so as to restrain the temperature drop of hot water in the bathtub 2, thereby economizing heating energy for providing a bath of desired temperature.
