SOLUTION: This covering member is formed by flexible adiabatic materials with a fixed thickness to be a hollow structure with openings 12, 12 on both ends. This member is provided with a tube main body 16 with a cut 14 formed over both openings 12, 12, adhesives 20, 20 applied on the thick surfaces 18, 18 facing to the cut 14 on the tube main body 16, and exfoliation sheets 22, 22 attached on the surface of adhesives 20, 20 possible to exfoliate.
