PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolating member for duct connection that is excellent in handling and assembling performance and is inexpensive to manufacture. SOLUTION: This vibration isolating member for duct connection is for use in mutual connection of two ducts D via coupling of flanges F fixed at their connection ends by means of a bolt B inserted in bolt holes Fa and Fb cut in the flanges F and a nut N. The vibration isolating member comprises a plate 10 of elastomeric material kept between both flanges F, a bushing 20 of elastomeric material fitted in the bolt hole Fa cut in one flange F, and a washer 30 secured to the bushing 20. The plate 10 has a bolt hole in which the bolt B is inserted, at a given place shifted to one side along the width. The bushing 20 has a barrel for accommodating the bolt B when fitted in the bolt hole Fa, and a flange projecting outward from one end of the barrel.
