PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the fluid of high speed with a relatively small valve housing and a switching means. SOLUTION: This valve housing 1 has a nearly cylindrical axial hole having plural annular steps 9 forming an inner chamber formed with external ports 2, 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b for connecting corresponding supply passages, exhaust passage and transmission passages. A valve slide 5 is formed into a cylindrical shape, and has radial grooves for leading the flow of the fluid, and the valve slide 5 is moved in the axial direction so as to switch the flow of the fluid between external ports. The valve slide 5 is moved by a piston 8 to be operated inside a control chamber 6 provided at one end. The steps 9 form at least two inner chambers for transmission ports 3a, 3b and at least two inner chambers for exhaust ports 4a, 4b.
