摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a database by which not only the operation of a worker but also the skill of the worker can be buried in a robot. SOLUTION: The skill teaching device contains a position/posture measuring device which measures/operates the position/posture of a work tool 20 during work on a real time basis in parallel to a process for grasping the work tool 20 and executing real work by a worker 18, a data storage device 20 inputting and storing time sequential data of the position/posture of the work tool 20 which the worker 18 grasps, an operation pattern extraction device 30 extracting the operation pattern of the worker from time sequential data of the stored position/posture of the work tool 20, and a database 34 to which the operation pattern is inputted, which retrieves data with a work specification as a key together with a tool parameter which is separately inputted and obtains data teaching the skill of the worker to a robot.
