PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a selective operation in neutral position and prevent the gear slippage in a shift position in the acceleration or deceleration of a vehicle by driving a transmission shift operation actuator on the basis of the signals outputted from a vehicle acceleration and deceleration detecting means and an operation target position setting means. SOLUTION: A shift shaft correcting moving circuit 40a has operation target position arithmetic circuits 85, 86, and an electric motor driving circuit 87. The operation target position arithmetic circuit 85 calculates the target position of a shift shaft 21 on the basis of the output signal from a shift shaft position detecting circuit 82 and a transmission shift operation control circuit 84. The operation target position arithmetic circuit 86 compares the output signal from the operation target position arithmetic circuit 85 with the output signal from the shift shaft position detecting circuit 82. The electric motor driving circuit 87 rotates and drives an electric motor 23 on the basis of the output signals from the operation target position arithmetic circuit 86, a vehicle acceleration and deceleration judgment circuit 81 and the transmission shift operation control circuit 84.
