PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device wherein a disk holder for loading a disk is movable, and the disk holder is moved in a lid direction for easily loading the disk at the time of loading the disk. SOLUTION: This disk device 6 is provided with linking members 14, 16, 26 and 28 for moving a disk holder 10 in the rotary axis direction of a CD in order to load the CD in linkage with the opening/closing of an opening/closing lid 9, the disk holder 10 is pressed toward the opening/closing lid 9 by an elastic members, and when the opening/closing lid 9 is opened, the disk holder 10 is moved toward the opening/closing lid 9 by the linking members and, when the lid 9 is closed, the disk holder 10 is moved in a direction opposite the opening/closing lid 9 by the linking members so that a clamping member 38 clamps the CD on a turntable 11.
