PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate response delay of a regulator valve by incorporating the regulator valve into a valve body and forming also a flow passage for leading actuator load pressure to the other pilot chamber of a valve on the body. SOLUTION: By incorporating a regulator valve RV into a valve body BV side, the other pilot chamber 10 can be directly communicated with a pilot flow passage 14 formed on the valve body BV. As a result, capacity of a pilot line can be reduced as compared with a conventional case in which piping and a second pilot line except the pilot flow passage 14 are required. Oil volume changed by elasticity can be suppressed to a small degree by the reduced capacity. Therefore, response delay can also be eliminated.
