PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a caster fixing tool to a base isolation frame in even a device to be protected with caster by abutting a first fixing fitting for constraining one moving direction of a caster wheel and a second fixing fitting for constraining the other moving direction on an outer periphery of the caster wheel. SOLUTION: A base isolation frame 1 is base-isolated by a base isolation device, many screw holes are preliminarily screwed, a screw hole at an optimum position is selected according to a position of a caster 4 fitted on a device to be protected 2, an L-shaped fitting 3 is fitted and fixed into/to the frame 1 with a bolt 5 with hexagonal hole and a caster wheel 4a of the caster 4 is arranged so as to be abutted on the fitting 3. A U-shaped fitting 6 is arranged so that the wheel 4a may be opposed to the holding fitting 3 and two upper and lower projection pieces 6a may be abutted on the wheel 4a, a hexagonal bolt 7 is passed through a drilled hole of the fitting 3, the hexagonal bolt 7 is fastened on a nut 6b welded on the fitting 6 with a screw, and the wheel 4a is sandwiched and fixed by the fittings 3 and 6. As a result, the wheel 4a can not be moved in the direction of an arrow A and moving of the device to be protected 2 on the base isolation frame 1 is avoided.
