摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form pressure by means of a lightweight, small and high-speed apparatus by a method, wherein a drive cylinder is expanded quickly by triggering a lock, so as to cause it to be released instantaneously and the pressure inside a high-pressure cylinder is raised quickly. SOLUTION: In a pneumatic cylinder 1, a piston 12 can be locked by a locking device 3, and it cooperates with a corresponding lock receiver part 11 in a locked state. With this constitution, a preload is loaded onto the cylinder 1, and the cylinder is locked and held in a state where sufficient pressure is applied. When the lock device 5 is suddenly released, the piston 12 of the cylinder is accelerated explosively, and it pushes out the high-pressure piston 13 of a high-pressure cylinder 2 with impact. The lock device 3 is released, and a nozzle 8 is opened by a ring valve slider 14 after the passage of and adjustable time interval (t). At the same time, a piston 9 is driven by a second cylinder 7 with respect to a cooling medium 15, and pressure is applied. Here the slider 14 is cooled in the region of the nozzle 8. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the cooling medium 15 from warming up before it spouts through the nozzle 8.
