摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of a motor by eliminating a gap for inserting a needle. SOLUTION: Needles 2u, 2v, and 2w are arranged in slots 1a, 1c, and 1l for each two slots in slots 1a-1l of a stator core 1 of a three-phase 12-slot motor, a first coil winding U1 of a first layer is made by the needle 2u, and a stator core 1 is subjected to index rotation successively by 90 degrees each time for performing second, third, and fourth coil windings U2, U3, and U4. Simultaneously a similar coil winding is made by the needles 2 and 2w, and the total coil winding of the first layer is completed, while leaving a gap 3a for inserting each needle. Then, the needles 2u, 2v, and 2w are deflected toward a slot outer- periphery part for moving to a slot center part, at the same time, a fifth coil winding of the second layer is made by the needle 2u so that the outer-diameter side of the gap 3a is filled, the stator core 1 is subjected to index rotation successively by 180, 90, and 180 degrees for performing sixth, seventh, and eighth coil windings of the second layer, and at the same time, similar coil winding is made in the needles 2v and 2w.
