APPARATUS FOR SEPARATING, PEELING AND SELECTING GARLIC BULBS

PURPOSE: An apparatus capable of separating garlic bulbs into cloves by an upper and lower roller of one side in the process of passing through belts and then peeling by an upper and lower roller of another side and selecting the peeled garlic according to size is provided which automatically peels garlic bulbs without destruction of garlic and reduces manpower. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus comprises: a body(10) with a hopper(11) for pouring garlic bulbs; first and second frames(22)(32) having a plurality of first and second brackets(23)(33) and constructed steeply on one side of the interior of the body; a plurality of screw rods(40) formed by a hole in its inside and a screw part on an outer peripheral surface; first and second operators(45)(45a) inserted by a spring at a rod at the upper part and formed by a groove; first and second driven rollers(50)(60) and a pair of third and fourth driven rollers(70)(80); first and second drive rollers(20)(20a)(30) driven by first and second motors(M); first and second rubber belts(21)(31) transferred between the first and the third driven rollers and between the second and the fourth driven rollers; and a selector(90).
