PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker system with an amplifier that is used for various sound devices where the leakage of air from a hole for an operation shaft for circuit adjustment provided to a cabinet is reduced. SOLUTION: In this speaker system, when a printed circuit board 3 with an electronic component 11 having an operation shaft 9 for circuit adjustment mounted thereon is fixed on a cabinet 1a, a high polymer foaming body 10 is interposed between the cabinet 1a and the electronic component 11 having the operation shaft 9 for circuit adjustment to enhance the enclosing performance so as to allow broadband reproduction.
