PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a totally aerated premixing combustion burner device that can reduce the amount of NOX. SOLUTION: An air nozzle 3A and a gas nozzle 4A are arranged at a throat part 2A of a burner tile 2, and a totally aerated premixing combustion burner is provided to mix and burn fuel gases and air discharged from both of the nozzles 3A and 4A in the burner tile 2. A combustion gas feed path 4 is inserted to a combustion air feed path 3 feeding air to the air nozzle 3A, and a small- sized auxiliary burner Aa with a low amount of combustion is inserted in the combustion air feed path 3 in the upstream side from the location where the combustion gas feed path 4 is inserted in a direction where the gases are fed.
