<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily identify a user refers to provided information without making the user conscious of information collection and without requesting complicated operation to the user. SOLUTION: A URL information generating means 1 generates URL information publishing information to be provided to every user, and reported to the user while utilizing a transmission medium. Then, access from the reported user to an information providing system 2 is possible by using the URL information and corresponding to the presence/absence of access, which is recorded by the information providing system 2, to a page publishing the provided information, it is identified whether the user refers to the information or not.</p> |
