PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporator made of an aluminum alloy which is light at a low cost and is superior in corrosion resistance, by materializing the thinning of the material of a tube. SOLUTION: An aluminum three-layer clad alloy material, where one end face of the core material 21 of Al-Mn alloy is clad with sacrificial anode material 22 made of aluminum alloy potentially baser than the core material 21, and besides the other end face of the core material 21 is clad with solder material 23 of Al-Si alloy, is processed and hardened uniformly to manufacture the processed hardened material 20 of a thin plate, and then the processed hardened material 20 is bent, so that the side of the sacrificed anode material 22 is on the side of air (corrosion creative fluid) and that the side of brazing material 23 is on the side of a refrigerant (corrosion creative fluid) so as to manufacture a tube 2. Then, the tubes 2 and outer fins are stacked alternately in plural numbers, and both ends of each tube 2 are inserted into the tank part of another part and are brazed integrally, whereby a refrigerant evaporator made of aluminum alloy is manufactured. |
