PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a function which acquires and displays the balance before identification processing and to increase the processing speed. SOLUTION: A device is provided with a customer operation part 6, which has a picture for display of information required for a transaction and allows a customer to perform the transaction operation on the picture, and a main control part 10, which performs control for the transaction, and performs money reception and payment processing in the case of obtaining permission of the transaction by communication with a host computer 23 having a ledger 24. This device is provided with a means, which reads information of a card for transaction of the customer to transmit this information to the host computer 23 at the time of insertion of this card and acquires the balance and the keyword number from the host computer before identification, and a means which displays the acquired balance in the amount input picture of the customer operation part 6. |
