SOLUTION: This system is constituted by connecting data terminals 10a... and a server 30 on a network 50. Fingerprint readers 61a... for reading fingerprints are connected to the data terminals 10a.... The server 30 has a user managing table 70 storing various kinds of user information including fingerprint information. When approved document data are received, concerning the judgement of whether a user, who performs that approval, is a user capable of approving that document or not, the server 30 compares the fingerprint information transmitted while being added to these document data with the fingerprint information registered in the user managing table 70. When both the fingerprint information are matched, the approval of that user is permitted and these document data are registered as approved data. |
