PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable plural piezoelectric elements to be charged or discharged, independently of each other at a minimum cost. SOLUTION: In a device for charging or discharging plural piezoelectric elements (111,...,1n1,..., 2n1), the piezoelectric elements are divided into groups B1 and B2 which include one or plural piezoelectric elements each, and those groups are charged or discharged independently of each other. A group selecting switch 42 or 52 is assigned to the piezoelectric groups B1 and B2, and it is desirable to select which group is to take part in the charging or discharging through the group selecting switches 42 and 52. |
