PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a choke effect when a pump is exposed to a high temperature, damage to the pump by the effect and fuel supply irregularity to an engine by directly adding highly reliable improvement to a seal. SOLUTION: Between a surface 24 of a head 16 and a surface 26 of a main body 8, a first seal 42 is mounted around a cylinder 7. In the surroundings of an intake port 38 of a conduit 33 and an exhaust port 41 of a conduit 39, a second seal 43 is mounted. The seals 42 and 43 are separated and are manufactured by an elastomer material. Because the seal 42 has an annular shape and is stored within a circular recessed part 44 formed adjacently to a seat 27 on the surface 24 of the head 16, the seal 42 is fitted into both of the plane 26 of the main body 8 and a cylindrical surface 13 of the cylinder 7.
