PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce size and weight, ensure installation in an electric pole to improve reliability, and facilitate inspection and repair of the inside. SOLUTION: This switching control terminal has a switching control terminal unit 51 having an electronic circuit comprising plural electronic component boards, mounted on a unit support plate 52; a shell case 53 housing the unit 51, detachably installed in the unit support plate 52 with a screw or the like; and an installation leg 56. A central part 521 of the unit support plate 52 is supported by one end of the installation leg 56, while the other end of the installation leg 56 is installed in an electric pole 11 with installation bands 48 and bolts 49. If a shell case is installed with an installation leg and is supported by the electric pole 11 in the conventional way, a load is applied to the shell case to increase size and weight of the shell case. However, in this invention, the shell case 53 can be made small and lightweight, while inspection and repair can be executed by detaching only the shell case 53.
