PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve insulation resistance by forming a resin layer on a surface contacting a disc coil of an inter-section spacer. SOLUTION: An inter-section spacer 22 is so formed as to contact a disc coil through a resin layer 21. The resin layer 21 may be an insulating layer such as a varnish process layer and enamel coat layer. Related to the resin layer 21, a resin material may be applied on the surface of a spacer 20 with a spray or roller before setting. It may comprise a fluoro rubber. Scuffing on a pressboard is sufficiently suppressed even with a thickness of the resin layer 21 about 0.1 mm. Related to left and right duct spacers, a resin layer is formed on both surfaces of the space comprising high-density pressboard. The duct spacer contacts the disc coil through the resin layer.
