PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selecting mechanism capable of automatically changing applicators, in a terminal crimping device installed in an automatic manufacturing line of wire harness. SOLUTION: A base plate 4 is provided below a ram 2 of a press 1 so that it can move bidirectionally parallel to a conveying route of wire 66 in an automatic manufacturing line of wire harness, two applicators 3 mounted on or removed from the press 1 are symmetrically placed on the base plate 4, and reels 5 for supplying terminals 63 to the respective applicators 3 are disposed on both sides of the press 1. The base plate 4 is moved at the same time as the wire 66 is conveyed. This enables either of the two applicators 3 to be selectively set in position for the single press 1 without lowering production efficiency, and their change does not hinder the conveyance of the wire 66 in the line.
