PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluidity-improving agent for a reagent for immunological measurement or a non-specific adsorption preventing agent for antibody or antigen which makes high-accuracy and high-sensitivity analysis possible, by improving the fluidity of the reagent and preventing the non-specific adsorption of an antibody, antigen, a labeled substance, etc., without affecting immuno- reactions, a method for improving the fluidity of the reagent or preventing the nonspecific adsorption of the antibody or antigen and a reagent, and method for immunological measurement using the agent. SOLUTION: A fluidity-improving agent for reagent for immunological measurement or a specific adsorption preventing agent for antibody or antigen contains one or more kinds of compounds selected from among a group composed of the alkali metal salt of fluoroalkyl carboxylic acid, fluoroalkyl polyoxyalkylether, N-polyoxyethylene-N-propyl perfluorooctane sulfonamide, and fluoroalkyl betaine. A method for improving fluidity of the reagent or for preventing non-specific adsorption of an antibody or antigen and a reagent and method for immunological measurement use the agent.
