PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform simple horizontal maintenance regulation work from the inner side of the chamber of a heat insulation box body, without being limited by the condition of an installation place, even in a state where a low- temperature storage chamber is installed in a prescribed position at a location site. SOLUTION: A plurality of adjuster bolts 4 serving also as a support leg are situated in a dispersed state at the peripheral area of its under surface, at a counter frame 3 of a low temperature storage chamber body built, by using a heat insulation box body 2, and the horizontal state of the low- temperature storage body is regulated through regulation operation of the adjuster bolt 4 during installation of a low-temperature storage chamber. In the low-temperature storage chamber thus formed, a through-hole 6 for a regulation work communicating with the adjuster bolt 4 is opened in the floor surface of the heat insulation box body 2, a hexagonal bag hole 4a corresponding to a hexagonal wrench 9 is formed in the upper end face of the adjuster bolt 4, and a horizontal maintenance work is made possible from the inner side of the heat insulation chamber 2.
