PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record contents such as individual name on an electronic document and to confirm these recorded contents are prepared by the person of that name. SOLUTION: As a stamp program, the information of fixed authentication information (such as name and serial No) and variable authentication information (such as date/time and title) is enciphered and defined as a recognition pattern. The recognition pattern (character string or graphic) is stuck on a document to the other program while using inter-program communication such as the 'clip board' of Windows (1). As an authentication program, the stuck recognition pattern (character string or graphic) is extracted by inter-program communication and deciphered and the authentication information (such as name, date/time and document title) is displayed (2). |
