PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge the contents outward when the pressure is raised and to adjust the pressure setting at the time of discharge. SOLUTION: In this safety valve, a second inflow port 22 which is separated from a first inflow port 16 connected to a fluid outlet port 14 of a nozzle valve 12 is prepared in the nozzle valve 12 which is in the stream upper than the first inflow port 16. A switching valve 23 possible to open and close the second inflow port 22 is prepared in the nozzle valve 12. An elastic body 24 that has an elastic force strong enough not to open the switching valve 23 by the rise of internal pressure based on the normal operation is prepared. The switching valve 23 can be opened and closed by the extreme rise of internal pressure to be caused in such a case that a small-sized container is thrown into a fire. The intensity is made adjustable.
