<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion detection ring which suppresses corrosion of an aluminum conductor and predicts or detects the corrosion to avoid conductor breakages. SOLUTION: A corrosion detecting ring is an annular element which is attached to an aluminum conductor 1 and has a center axis of rotation. At least a part 3 of the ring which is brought into contact with the aluminum conductor 1 is made of a metal which is more easily to corrode than aluminum. The ring has a pattern 4a asymmetrical with respect to the center axis of rotation, and further, a protrusion 4b which gives eccentric load to the center axis of rotation.</p> |
