<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wax for the toner good in low temperature fixability and offset resistance and superior in transparence. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic toner comprises a polyester resin as a fixing resin and a hydrocarbon wax having an average numbers of carbon of 30-40 as a releasing agent, and the hydrocarbon wax has a melting point of 60 deg.C-90 deg.C and the melt beginning temperature is >=50 deg.C measured by the differential scanning calorimeter DSC. This wax is contained in an amount of 1-10 weight % of the fixing resin.</p> |
